Open Mat Rolling
July 27 @ 8:30 PM - 10:00 PM CDT
This session is being offered for mat artists to have supervised ‘free time’ to work on specific techniques and/or cross-train with other mat artists, jujitsu, aikido, etc…
We will discuss at the beginning of the session if participants would like to have timed randori (freeplay-standing and mat work), which at each participant’s preference, coaching.
If the group is not too big, I am open to inviting our striking arts participants for an opportunity to spar and/or train as well.
