Xing Yi Quan Linking Form

Xing Yi is a hard internal martial art that includes animal-based techniques and was born of boxing, among other fighting arts. In this linear form, we’ll link a number of animal techniques in a short form that repeats twice.
Open to all levels, all genders, low/med exertion level, no training prerequisite
