I am a 4th Dan in Tae Kwon Do with Free Spirit Karate in Columbus, Ohio. There are only a few women in this school so I'm always interested in other women in martial arts. That's what brought me to NWMAF. I have a very busy lifestyle and I really want to get to a conference and do some teaching and learning. I almost made it a few years ago until some health issues came up with my Mom. Once my work schedule allows time away again, among everything else, I hope to be able to get to a conference.
