Annual Conference Registration Form

Thank you for registering to join us at FORWARD TOGETHER, the 2025 NWMAF Conference, at North Central College in Naperville, Illinois, July 17th-21st! We look forward to gathering in community to train and celebrate the martial arts, empowerment self defense, and healing arts.

Conference details

This annual event is open to women, transgender, and nonbinary instructors and attendees ages 12 and above. (During Super Saturday, the conference opens to all, including cis male attendees).

The conference will open for check-in on the afternoon of Thursday July 17th, followed by 3 full days of classes on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Check-out will be Monday morning, July 21st. (Breakfast is provided Monday morning.)

Note for potential instructors and scholarship applicants

For those applying to teach and/or applying for scholarships: please complete all application materials first, postponing registration, as registration procedures for instructors and scholarship recipients are slightly different. After submitting your application materials, you will be contacted with directions for conference registration and payment.

Conference Guest is a special, discounted registration rate required for chaperones and other non-participating attendees who plan to stay at the conference venue. While Guests may not attend conference events on other days, the Conference Guest rate includes meals and complimentary access to Super Saturday events.

Super Saturday Only is designed for people who would like to participate on Saturday only, and will not be staying at the conference venue. This registration covers lunch and dinner on Saturday.
