RSVPs Needed!

With 3 days to conference, we can’t wait to see everyone in Naperville soon! Folks who will be staying at the conference, please make sure you’ve been able to read over our camp letter that was sent out last week and that you’ve clicked the link up top to RSVP about your arrival/departure needs, and your choice for Thursday dinner. Your replies will help us order pizza, make dinner reservations, and prepare to assist anyone with late check-in, or early check-out (before Monday)!

“Camp letter” to full conference attendees (Read and RSVP )

Note for those opting for the ESD dinner: the letter states an estimated dinner cost of $30, but really you’ll simply order what you want, and then Venmo our Self Defense Coordinator Clara Porter (@caplamaine) the amount you spent plus tax (6%) and tip (20%). If you don’t have Venmo, other forms of payment work too. The restaurant is adamant that they will only pay one bill, so this will be the easiest way to go.
