Please edit your file for publication, which means checking grammar, punctuation, spelling, clarity, etc., before uploading. We will rely on you to make sure it is polished. Photos are used for the website, program booklet, and promotional materials. By submitting photos, you authorize NWMAF to use them in print and electronic media if you are selected as an instructor.

Application Materials

I understand that NWMAF runs criminal background checks as part of the trainer selection process.

We are not looking for spotless records. This is primarily to screen for sexual misconduct and misconduct with minors. NWMAF will pay for the check, and may not run one if you have been screened recently. Please contact events@NWMAF.org with questions or concerns.
