NWMAF requires proof of vaccination for all participants. Participants must show a Covid vaccination card or electronic record of vaccination upon check-in at the conference.
As the current and projected pandemic metrics are favorable, there will be no further Covid mandates, such as tests or masks.
If you are experiencing symptoms at the time of the conference, be considerate and get tested. There will be a limited number of tests available, at cost, for use during the conference. Participants are certainly welcome to wear masks, but masking is not required. Disposable masks will be available.
We expect participants to communicate with one another regarding the level of contact they are comfortable with, and the NWMAF will provide a simple set of wearable identifiers to help broadcast their preference.
As pandemic conditions continue to change, we reserve the right to adjust and adapt where needed in order to foster a safe and collaborative meeting environment.
