Hello I (she/her/hers) was a practicing Tae Kwan Do athlete for many years (up to second degree black belt), to get me through vet school and beyond, into the practice of homeopathy. I left practice when I decided to nurse my children, and have since pursued other venues, but I always think back to my happy days in the do-jo. I proudly support women survivors now, and know that self-defense work brings out their best!
