I practice Seido Karate at Thousand Waves Martial Arts and Self-Defense founded in Chicago by my teachers Shuseki Shihan Nancy Lanoue and Sei Shihan / Sifu Sarah Ludden. My current rank is Sandan. I love learning about and training in various martial arts styles. I'm also hoping to become a certified self defense teacher. I speak English, Italian, French and am learning Spanish.
