My focus is Sun Dragon provides an intersectional feminist, LGBTIQIA+, diverse, safe space where everyone can train and learn to protect themselves, regardless of demographic or financial circumstances. Using Seido Karate and Empowerment Self Defense, we believe we can end violence in our community, and that every person has a right to feel strong, safe, and respected.
