I started WT Taekwondo after my 35th birthday, I had never really done any sport before, but my daughter was really enjoying martial arts, I had to learn a lot of it to help her train for tournaments, so I figured I would join up as well!
I am currently 2 months away from testing for my 2nd-degree black belt, I have added Filipino martial arts into my wheelhouse and have been loving that as well! I compete locally, statewide, and nationally.
I am the Director of Member Services for ILEETA, International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association and I know how incredibly valuable organizations like this can be. I am happy to have the chance to be a part of it and to help further the love for martial arts.
