Bio

Carmen is a psychologist, mindfulness and martial arts instructor. She has worked in private practice for over 25+ years and has brought her experience as a mindfulness-based and somatic therapist to her work with adults in individual and psychotherapy group settings. Her nonprofit organization, Just Mindfulness, works to develop and implement mindfulness-based interventions with a social justice orientation.
