Patricia Broughton is the Empowerment Self-Defense Coordinator for Thousand Waves Martial Arts & Self-Defense Center, NFP in Chicago. She has been training at Thousand Waves since 2003 and holds the rank of 4th degree black belt in the World Seido Karate Organization.
