Bio

Professor Morena is a Brazilian/American single mother of three, third-degree Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt, and Contra-Mestra of Capoeira. She is the creator of the Rooted Strength Method, which combines strength training and injury prevention with breath, mobility, steel mace, and kettlebells. She works with all populations and ages, specializing in working with women and using martial arts to empower growth, resilience, and self-discovery.
