Bio

Aileen Geary is a 4th degree black belt in Seido Karate. She has been training at Thousand Waves Martial Arts and Self-Defense Center in Chicago since 2000, and has been involved in the Empowerment Self-Defense program at Thousand Waves since the early years of her training. She has cross-trained in Kajukenbo and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
