The ”Ancient Eight” Special Movements – Ba Duan Jing

Ba Duan Jing or Eight Silk Brocade- is one of the oldest forms of Qigong (Energy Practice) from China. These eight gentle exercises increase blood flow to all the organs based upon the Five Elements and the meridians in the body. It helps with healing after an injury, is great for balance, and focus and especially good for calming the mind and spirit.
Please wear LOOSE fitting clothing (no belts), indoor shoes are good too!
